Some holidays and a move means I need to do some catching up. To start, with the holidays:
While I was gone … I looked at a few books, with a Parisian architecture background …

While I was gone #2 … I did some vintage packing; looks like I’ve been away for a while …

While I was gone #3 … We drank a few glasses … a few bottles … a lot of French wine …

And finally, home sweet home … well it will be, as soon as I find my writing space … and a house to go with it.

Finally up and running with internet in our temporary home. And then it took me awhile to program this new internet music streaming device.

… and now I’m ready for some serious writing with my new word processor I found in Paris. It seems I’m also leaning to simple book covers.
London – 2017 June July Photos
How do I get around in London? Not exactly. No smoking? That’s no fun; I’m sure tires or, I should say, tyres are exempt.
Book and Wine – 2017 June July Photos
After a little French wine shopping in Paris, time to get back to some reading and writing.
Paris – 2017 June July Photos
My preferred translation of Victor Hugo’s line from Les Misérables. I believe the line is “Errer est humain, flâner est parisien,” and I’ve seen “To err is human, to stroll is Parisian” as well as “To err is human, to loaf is Parisian.” On the streets of Paris, I’ve seen plenty of both and I’m sure both are happening in this image of the Champs-Élysées but probably by as many, if not more, tourists as Parisians.

Visit Jean Paul Sartre’s gravesite at Montparnasse Cemetery in Paris and he might provide you with some words of wisdom too.
